Cancellation
Cancel anytime within the first 30 days of order. We will cancel and refund the order to the extent of shipping, activation fees, handling fees, and processing fees of approximately 25% of the order value. However, we strive for customer satisfaction.:
Order Processing and Shipping
All orders will be processed as soon as they are received, but may be take up to 3 days to ship. All Shipments may take 3-5 business days to receive the package depending on distance form the fulfillment warehouse. As we cannot properly gauge our order volume, the content will be updated each major production round. If there are a lot more orders than anticipated, the next passport may be delayed up to 45-60 days. If this happens we will give multiple packs away to each of our loyal customers on the next scheduled shipment.

2.1. PASSPORT may charge fees for access to certain parts of the Website and Content, including, but not limited to, a subscription to the digital version of Cannabis Passport Magazine. In addition, PASSPORT charges fees for Cannabis Cup registrants. In order to access these areas, you may be required to become a registered member of the Website (“Member”). You shall pay all fees and charges (including related taxes) incurred through your Member account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to, charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Website.

When you provide any payment information in connection with any purchase, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of such payment information. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PASSPORT, its present and future officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to this Website from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use by you or arising from or related to any Postings uploaded or submitted by you and/or any false, infringing or misleading information that you submit to PASSPORT.
